Menu items cannot be removed or edited after vouchers have been applied to the active cart. Menu items can only be added to cart after vouchers have been applied.

It’s important that your login is owned and managed by RocoMamas Advertising (pty) Ltd and abides by all the consumer and data protection laws in South Africa. For this we have opted for a Single Sign On experience that provides a safe experience for our customers.

I was previously a RocoLove member. Why do I need to register again and what happened to my vouchers and points?

RocoMamas has moved over to a new loyalty system and requires new authentication for membership. This ensures we follow safety and security rules around data management. This also ensures we have your most recent contact details on hand when notifying you of new vouchers, points, and promotions. If your vouchers and points did not expire in the time since the RocoLove programme was disbanded, and you registered with similar personal details, your points and vouchers can transfer over to your new profile. If you’re not seeing what you expect to see with this transfer, please contact our support team at howzit@rocomamas.co.za or call 0860 888 7772.

How do I delete my profile?

Note that this cannot be undone and you would lose any points or vouchers loaded to your profile. You can access this by logging into the app and viewing ‘My Profile’. Scroll to the bottom of the page and you will see the ‘Delete my Profile’ button.

If you haven’t given your membership number to the waitron, an easier way to earn points is to scan your bill once a payment has been made. This is a new feature called Scan to Earn.

This functionality is not currently supported. Your waitron can redeem a voucher for you at the Point of Sale system. Please provide your waitron with your membership number.

Will I have to link my credit/debit card again if I want to order using click and collect?

Yes, you will be required to add your Credit/Debit Card again. Your card will be checked to ensure its 3D secured before it gets securely saved. You will be required to authorize a transaction of R1 that will be reversed once your card is successfully saved. Unable to save your card, check with your bank to ensure that the card you are using is 3D secure.
